The Enclave at Andesite Pointe sales team is headed by Joe Garcia and Doug Kroft. Joe has lived in the Crested Butte area since he was two years old and is one of the rare individuals that attended preschool through high school in the valley and continues to call it his home. After attending the University of Colorado, Joe returned to Crested Butte to run the Idle Spur Restaurant and Brewery. For the past twelve years, Joe has been working in Real Estate both on the building and selling sides. Joe was Red Lady Realty’s “2006 Top Producer”, GRI Certified and has consistently been one of the areas most productive agents. He has also managed to build quite a family with his wife Tricia and his four wonderful kids: Taylor, Gabi, Gary, and Gus. Joe enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, skiing and welcomes you to call him with all your Andesite Point inquiries.

Doug Kroft will work with the team and has been the broker and owner of Red Lady Realty since 1978. Doug grew up on a ranch in the Dakotas and earned a B.S. degree from Dickinson State University in North Dakota & a Master's Degree from the University of Montana at Missoula. Doug spent twelve years as a teacher and counselor for the Department of Defense Dependent school system in Korea, Germany, Belgium, England, Bahrain, and Holland. A resident of Crested Butte since 1977, his hobbies include skiing, snowboarding and horseback riding. Doug finds great satisfaction in helping people find that perfect place to live their dreams.

In addition to Joe and Doug, Molly Eldridge will be an integral part of the Andesite team. Molly grew up in Taos, New Mexico and moved east to attend Phillips Exeter Academy & Trinity College in Hartford, CT, but couldn’t wait to get back to the mountains of the west. She spent 5 years in Snowbird & Alta before moving to Crested Butte in 1997 to renovate and manage Irwin Lodge. Molly is an expert in property management and knowledgeable about the real estate industry having worked in various capacities including marketing, management, systems creation & accounting. When not working, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, Alan and two boys, Ian, 6 and Alex, 4. They enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, camping, hiking and playing together in this beautiful area.

The fourth member of the team is Maggie Dethloff . Crested Butte has been home for Maggie since 1987, when her original intention was to come here and ski for just a year! She lives with her husband John and two young children, Ian and Isabel. Maggie is active in the community, serving as the president of the board of Stepping Stones Preschool and on the Riverbend Subdivision Homeowner’s Association board. Maggie graduated with a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When she has any rare free time, she enjoys cross-country skiing or reading a good book.
